The Hammam Ritual
Moroccan hammam exfoliation is a traditional ritual performed in a steam bath, where the skin is softened by heat and moisture. A black soap made from olive oil and eucalyptus is applied, followed by vigorous scrubbing with a kessa glove to remove dead skin. The process deeply cleanses, smooths, and rejuvenates the skin, often ending with a rinse and moisturizing with argan oil.
